Use proper drainage, seal masonry, and avoid overwatering during curing. Remove with a mild acid wash.

Water-based epoxy dries in 12–24 hours (72 hours for heavy use). Polyurethane and polyaspartic coatings cure faster (4–8 hours).

Measure the width (left to right) and height (top to bottom) of the existing frame in three places. Use the smallest measurement for accuracy.
