It is recommended that you call in advance to make reservations. Where can I use my card? How do I know I'm getting a true discount? Your Discount Directory contains phone numbers for all listed hotels. You can always check rates. Unlike "Discount" services that may or may not actually provide you a true discount, with your discount card you know you are receiving a 50% discount. Whether you make your reservations by phone or on-line, you are assured of your true 50% off regular rates. If I am not satisfied with your membership, can I return it? Yes! Our goal is to make our customers happy! We offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee*. If you should decide the membership is not for you, simply return the membership card and materials within 30 days from the date of purchase and we will refund your money. The $5.95 membership processing fee is not refundable. How long does it take to process my membership? You can expect to receive your membership kit along with your FREE Vacation Voucher and BONUS Gift Certificates within 5 to 8 days. Do all hotels in a chain belong to the discount program? Over four thousand hotels and resorts belong to the discount program. You will find quality hotels in virtually every city in the U.S. and Canada as well as other countries. However, not every hotel in every chain belongs. Can other family members use the discount card? Yes. Other family members or friends may use the discount card. However, only one room reservation per card may be made at any given hotel for any given period of time.
